"We arrived and checked in to find out that there was no water. We were not told this at check in. When I called the front desk I was told it might be fixed in an hour maybe. The pool was dirty and our children would not get in it as it was green. The front desk clerk talked to someone while I was waiting to check in ( 5 minutes) The room was not clean and we left after 15 minutes and went to Holiday Inn. I am in Lincoln every 60 days and I will continue to stay at the Holiday In.."
